Accessing the Remote Labs portal from OSX
Step 1
Open Microsoft Remote Desktop and then click the Remote Resources toolbar button
Step 3
Click on any lab device listed to open a connection to it
Step 2
For URL, enter https://access.labs.globalknowledge.net/
Enter the User name and Password provided to you by your instructor and then click the Refresh button
Enter the User name and Password provided to you by your instructor and then click the Refresh button
* This is the only supported access method for OSX
